This is a medium bulky weight standard length skull cap designed to cover only the tops of the ears or be worn tucked behind.  It's made out of wool, kid mohair and tussah silk.  The black and lavender around the top of the hat are both kid mohair.  The purple is Shetland wool.  The wide, very dark brown stripe is Icelandic lambs wool.  The thin black stripes around the top and edge of the hat are both Merino wool.  The thin bright slightly shiny red, green and lavender stripes are all tussah silk.
